Our customers have asked us to create all sorts of sizzling innovative products and services for them. We've designed and built innovation centres, helped create new products, produced a film or two, built virtual worlds, worked with education and even created an interactive museum exhibit.
The common theme is making an impact. Here are some examples ….
Secondary education: Secondary education is changing dramatically. Businesses, teachers, students and policy-makers are seeking more relevant and engaging educational experiences. We worked across business and education to design and deliver an event that brought teenagers together with teachers and business people and got them all fired up about working with each other. The results speak for themselves in this short film (which we also created the brief for). Cliff often works with imprecise briefs and uncertain needs, where our customers are looking for innovation and input into complex problems.
BOX: Electronic Data Systems and the London School of Economics wanted a new kind of collaboration space where they could combine academic research with business. So we built BOX and designed collaboration processes to work in it. Our customer now has a unique space within which to bring customers, helping them dramatically differentiate themselves.
LEGO Serious Play: LEGO thought their product could be used to help business think more creatively about strategy and teamwork, and they were right. We've used LEGO Serious Play to improve communication, increase buy-in to change and formulate strategy. Imagine thinking in 3D and building physical models of conceptual problems. Facilitated correctly, this is a powerful new medium for understanding organisations.
Second Life: We created an immersive online 3D environment for a global IT company to help recruit the best talent in a highly competitive marketplace.Managing a number of subcontractors, we designed a series of in-world experiences, process and events to capture the hearts and minds of potential new recruits. We've taken the usual Powerpoint recruitment roadshow and turned it into a fully immersive, fun and memorable experience.
London Dash: The London Transport Museum wanted an interactive exhibit to help 2,000 visitors per day consider different transport options. We designed and built a four-player museum exhibit forming the centrepiece of their new futures section
Sam Mullins

Need: Design and deliver an innovative museum exhibit to engage 2000 visitors per day in transportation issues.
Solution: An engaging, multiplayer interactive game called London Dash that portrays the complexities of transport
policy in a fun way, amenable to a wide spectrum of the population.
Customer comment:“We came to Cliff with a simple request to design and implement a new exhibit for our
‘futures area’. He has constantly surprised us with his innovative ideas and is taking the best of these through to implementation. We are certain this will have a hugely positive impact on our visitors. Cliff also took the initiative to go beyond the initial brief and has helped us think much more holistically about the entire end to end museum experience”
