We do some very simple but effective things during all our training ensuring we all achieve the outcomes we've agreed:

  • We agree the top desired outcomes for the session beforehand with your sponsors.
  • We put these goals up on the wall right at the start of the session, in BIG LETTERS, and constantly refer to them throughout the programme, keeping everyone on track
  • We constantly check with participants, monitoring energy, enthusiasm, value-add and simply measure this throughout, sanity-checking our approaches in real-time. After all, every group is different.
